<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: October 30, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 30th day of October, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />'!'he following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Hanson, tfingert, Crichton and Woodburn: and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Crichton introduced the following resolution <br />and moved ita adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 78-67 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-S'1'-78-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden tills <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted May 22, 1978, the Council has <br />directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the <br />area bounded by Hamline Avenue on the west, Nursery Hill Lane <br />on the north, Karth Lake on the east, and vacated'S.T.B. 51 on <br />the south by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and qutter, storm drainage <br />facilities, right-of-way acquisition and necessary appurtenances. <br />The Consulting Engineer was also directed to include in the <br />report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as <br />to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary <br />report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by <br />the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The <br />improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth <br />in the report is desi:qnated as Improvell\Elnt No. SS-W-P-ST-78-3. <br /> <br />2. '!'he Council shall meet at the City Ball, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on November 27, 1978, at 8:00 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- <br />posed improvement under, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator <br />is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, <br />
