SS-W-P-ST-78-3 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />aighway 96, in said City, on the 27th day of November, 1978, <br />at 8:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-78-3, including the area bounded by <br />Hamline Avenue on the west, Nursery Bill Lane on the north, <br />Karth Lake on the east, and vacated S.T.B. 51 on the south by <br />the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities, <br />right-of-way acquisition and necessary appurtenances. The <br />foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$200,000. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />The South l/2 of the N.E. 1/4 and the North <br />1/2 of the N.W. l/4 of the S.E. 1/4, all in <br />Section 22, T. 30, R. 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: October 30, 1978. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />City Clerk Administrator <br />
