It Is furtner understood that this Agreement shall take <br />effec~ upon being approved and executed by both Parties hereto. The <br />County agrees to notify the Municipality forthwith upon said approval <br />by the Board of Commissioners. <br />13. .Thls Agreement shall be effective as of January I, 1979. <br />14. The Municipality has transferred to the Ralllsey County <br />Sheriff pursuant to Paragraph No. II of the original Agreement between <br />the Parties, dated January 3, 1978, the goods and Items which are listed <br />In Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such goods and <br />Items are to remain with the Ramsey County Sheriff and to be uti Ilzed <br />thereby so long as the Municipality and Ramsey County have a contractual <br />arrangelllent whereunder Ralllsey County Is to provide law enforcement services <br />for the Municipality and are to be returned to the Municipality upon <br />termination of such arrangement. <br />
