WIDgert <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ,7m~~A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 14 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br />ment NO. 14, as last finally adopted on September 28, 1970, was <br />filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br />November 6, 1970, for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />in 1971~ and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners~ and <br />
