Wingert <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO .CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve- <br /> <br />ment Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, was <br />filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br />October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />in 1971; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassess- <br /> <br /> <br />ments in respect to Consolidated Water Improvement Nos. 68-2 <br /> <br /> <br />and 68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, 1970, <br />
