<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: September 11, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 11th day of <br /> <br />September, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hanson, Crichton and Woodburn; and the following <br /> <br />was absent: Councilman Wingert. <br /> <br />Councilman Crichton then introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and IIlOved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. /tf-.5"'f <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENTS W-77-5 and W-78-2 and IMPROVEMENT W-78-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City <br />Council cn March 6, 1978 and June 19, 1978, the City Consulting <br />Enqineer has prepared plans and specifications for Combined <br />Improvements W-77-5 and W-78-2 and for Improvement W-78-5 and <br />has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause to <br />be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />
