<br />., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,..f# <br /> <br />---... <br /> <br />Extract of ninutes of ~1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: September 11, 1978 <br /> <br />.r <br />J <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City has heretofore instituted and ordered the <br />construction of Improvement No. W-77-5 and Improvement No. <br />W-78-2, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The proceedings for each of <br />said improvements having been effectively instituted at sub- <br />stantially the same dates, and the construction of both improve- <br />ments having been ordered in 1978, it is hereby determined that <br />the said improvements, although separately instituted, can be <br />more economically completed if combined and joined as one <br />project for the purpose of further proceedings. Pursuant to <br />the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 435.56, <br />the future proceedings for these separate improvements are <br />hereby combined, and henceforth all proceedings shall be con- <br />ducted in all respects as if the separate proceedings had <br />originally been instituted as one proceeding. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Hanson, and upon vote being <br />
