POPOVICH: The total cost of this improvement is <br />$129,110.00 and 80%, or $103,288.00, will be assessed, and 20% <br />or $25,822.00, will be financed from other sources. Based on <br />the amount to be assessed, it will amount to $44.29 a front <br />foot and it will be spread over 20 years with 8% carrying charge <br />with the right of prepayment. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> <br />All persons present were then given the opportunity to present <br />oral objections, and all written objections theretofore filed <br />with the City Manager were presented and considered, and all such <br />objections were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />There were no written communications. <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau announced that he had been called by Mr. <br />Roger Hauk of Minnesota Mutual Insurance Companies, and by Mr. <br />Pat Flaherty and they indicated they had no objection to the <br />assessment. <br /> <br />No one appeared to be heard. <br /> <br />Councilman Wingert then introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7/-S-t/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO.
