<br />, <br /> <br />> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey COunty, Minnesota <br /> <br />Beld; August 28, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br />of August, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following melllbers were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, crichton and Woodburn; and the <br />following were absent: None. <br />Also in attendance were: Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk <br />Administrator~ James S. Lynden of Stringer, Donnelly, courtney, <br />Cowie Ii Robleder, City Attorney; Donald Christoffersen of Short, <br />Elliot, Hendrickson, City consulting Engineer~ Donald Lamb, City <br />Treasurer, and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson <br />& Flynn, City Bond Consultant. <br />The City CleJ:k Administrator presented an affidavit <br />showinq publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assess- <br />ment for Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-2 in the New Brighton <br />Bulletin on August 10, 1978, which affidavit was examined, <br />found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The Clerk <br />Administrator also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice <br />of Rearing to all affected property owners. <br />MAYOR CUPEAU: At this time I would ask the engineer, <br />Mr. Don Christoffersen, to explain the improvement. <br />MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: This improvement includes the con- <br />struction of sanitary sewer, watermain, streets and drainage <br />
