<br />\ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: Auqust 28, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br /> <br />of August, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members ~ere present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and ti1oodburn~ and the <br />following were absent: None. <br />Also in attendance were Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk <br />Administrator~ James S. Lynden of Stringer, Donnelly, Courtney, <br />Cowie & Rohleder, City Attorney~ Donald Christoffersen of Short, <br />Elliot, Hendrickson, City Consulting Engineerl Donald Lamb, <br /> <br />City Treasurer~ and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson, Popovich, <br /> <br />Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit <br /> <br />showing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assess- <br /> <br />ment for Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-l in the New Brighton <br /> <br />Bulletin on August 10, 1978, which affidavit was examined, <br /> <br />found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The Clerk <br /> <br />Administrator also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice <br /> <br />of Bearing to all affected property owners. <br /> <br />MAYOR CREPEAU: At this. time I'd ask our City Engineer, <br />Mr. Christoffersen, to briefly explain the improvement. <br /> <br />rm. CHRISTOFFERSEN: The Chatham Improvement SS-W-P-77-1 <br />includes sanitary sewer, watermain, streets and drainage, the <br />
