<br />;/ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City COuncil <br />of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special ..ting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on '1'hursday, the 24th <br />day of August, 1978, at 5130 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />COuncilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and WOodburn; and the <br />fOllowing were absent: None. <br />COuncilman Wingert introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the fOllowing resolution: <br />Resolution No. 78..48 <br />RBSOLU'lION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMEN'l' FOR <br />BIDS ON IMPElOVEMENT NO. W..78-5 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MmRBAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on June 19, 1978, the City consulting engineer has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Illlprovement No. W-78-S and has <br /> <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />'l'HBREPORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED BY 'l'HB CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />BILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and. specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are bereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement for Improvement No. W-78-5 shall be pub- <br />lisbed as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, <br />
