<br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of l~eting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July 3l, 1978 <br /> <br /> <br />...\ .". <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 3l, 1978, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Crichton, Hanson, tUngert and Woodburn~ and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented to the Council the <br /> <br />proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. W-P-SS-76-l pre- <br /> <br />pared by her with the assistance of the City consulting engineer <br /> <br />as directed by the Council on July 17, 1978, and reported that <br /> <br />the assessment roll is now on file in her office and open to <br /> <br />public inspection. <br />Councilman Wingert then introduced the following resolu- <br />tion and IIlOved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 78-45 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR <br />HEARING ON 'l'HE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. W-P-SS-76-l <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. 1iT-P-SS-76-l <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />City Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the Clerk Adminis- <br />trator is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council <br />will meet to consider the proposed assessment on August 28, <br />1978, at the City Hall, l450 West Highway 96, in the City of <br />Arden Hills, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the <br />date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature of <br />said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, the total <br />cost of the improvement, that the proposed assessment roll is <br />
