Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Arden Bills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden HillS, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 1450 West Hiqhway 96, in said City on Monday, the l7th day of July, 1978, at 7: 30 o' clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilmen CriChton, Wingert, Woodburn and Hanson; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 78-43 RESOLU'l'ION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-l DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT . WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-l of the City of Arden Hills consisting of the in- stalla.tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacinq, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage and necessary appur- tenances in the area bounded by County Road E-2 on the north, old State 'l'runk Hiqhway lO on the east, SOO Line railroad tracks on the south, and New Brighton Road on the west, and the contract price for such improvement is $633,000.00 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ I 38, 192 .00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 77\ , 192 .00. and of this cost the city will pay $ 0 as its share of the cost. NOW 'tHEREFORE, be it resolved by the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Uinnesota as follows: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 77 I , I 92 .00 , 2. The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assistance of the City conSUlting engineer and fiscal consul- tant, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be "
