<br />, <br /> <br />J <br />, <br /> <br />Extract of r1inutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />Ci ty of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July l7, 1978 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July l7, 1978, <br />at 7:30 o'clo~ p.m. <br />The following members were present: ~.ayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Crichton, Hanson, Ningert and Woodburn; and the <br />following were absent: None. <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented to the Council <br />the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. P-77-4 <br />prepared by her with the assistance of the City consulting <br />engineer as directed by the council on July lO, 1978, and <br />reported that the assessment roll is now on file in her <br />office and open to public inspection. <br />Resolution No. 78-40 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSEssrmN'1' FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-77-4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the council of the City of Arden Bills <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement P-77-4 <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the City Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the Clerk <br />Administrator is directed to publish and mail notice that <br />the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />August~8, 1978, at the City Hall, l450 Nest Highway 96, in <br />the City of Arden Hills, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice <br />shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the <br />general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be <br />assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that the pro- <br />posed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator, <br />and that written or oral objections thereto by any property <br />owner will be considered. It shall be published once in the <br />
