<br />:,. <br /> <br />". <br /> <br />Extract of r.~inutes of tteeting <br />of City council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, ~'Iinnesota <br /> <br />July l7, 1978 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July l7, 1978, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The followinq members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Crichton, Hanson, Ningert and Woodburn; and the <br />following were absent' None. <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented to the Council <br />the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-2 <br />prepared by her with the assistance of the City consulting <br />engineer as directed by the council on July lO, 1978, and <br />reported that the assessment roll is now on file in her <br />office and open to public inspection. <br />Resolution No. 78-39 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSI1ENT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-2 <br /> <br />BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement ss-W-P-77-2 <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the City Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the Clerk <br />Administrator is directed to publish and mail notice that <br />the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />Augus~8, 1978, at the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in <br />the City of Arden HillS, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice <br />shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the <br />general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be <br />assessed, the total coat of the improvement, that the pro- <br />posed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator, <br />and that written or oral objections thereto by any property <br />owner will be considered.
