SS"'W-P-77-2 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OP PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-77-2 of the city of Arden Bills consisting of the <br />construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bitWllinous surfacing, <br />concrete curb and gutter. drainaqe facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances generally in the area bounded by cleveland Avenue <br />on the west, Prior Avenue on the east, Glenpaul Avenue on the <br />south, and approximately l50 feet north of Jerrold Avenue ex- <br />tended westerly on the north, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement <br />and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for <br />such improvement is $ 94,060 .84 and the other expenses <br /> <br />. <br />
