<br />.... ........ <br /> <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 18,363.00 SO eat the total <br />cost of the improvement will be $ 81,823.00 , and of this <br />cost the City will pay $ 0 as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Cl1:y Council of <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />l. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 81,823.00. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assist- <br />ance of the city Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate <br />the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district <br />affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, <br />and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his <br />office for public inspection. The City clerk Administrator may <br />arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of <br />the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed IIssess- <br />ment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion of <br />such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their <br />further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing <br />therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Crichton <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoft a II <br /> <br />and the following voted against the samet none <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~ <br />~A/AJZ ~~ <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
