�`_ Attachment B <br />-flR�EN H1LT_.S <br />SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-010 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE <br />PROHIBITING THE OPERATION OF CANNABIS BUSINESSES <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on August 28, 2023, Ordinance No. 2023-010 was <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br />2023-010, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council does <br />the following: <br />Prohibits the sale of cannabis and the operation of any Cannabis Business within the <br />City of Arden Hills until January 1, 2025 <br />Directs City Staff to study possible amendments to the City's official controls <br />relating to cannabis <br />A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the <br />City's regular office hours at the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN <br />55112.
