<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City council <br />city of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting <br /> <br />of the city council of the city of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd <br /> <br />day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were prEll sent : Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, crichton and WOodburn, and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Hanson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-27 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARIW ADllXlUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Arden Hills for approximately 30 acres located east <br /> <br />of and adjacent to Hamline Avenue approximately 755 feet south <br /> <br />of Amble Road by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br /> <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage <br /> <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council <br /> <br />on May 22, 1978, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
