<br />. <br />" <br /> <br />/ <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />city of Arden Bills <br />RamSey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due eall and notice thereof, a regular llIEieting <br /> <br />of the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd <br /> <br />day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'!'he following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Banson, Wingert,Cr:l:chton and WOoClburnJ and the <br /> <br />fo llowing were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLtI'l'ION NO. 7a-26 <br />RESOLtI'l'ION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. W-78-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Arden Hills for all preperties abutting county <br /> <br />Road F between Fernwood Avenue and Lexington Avenue by the <br /> <br />installation of watermain and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on May 22, 1978, is hereby declared to be <br /> <br /> <br />signed by 100% of owners of property affected and benefitted <br /> <br />thereby pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
