<br />.. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on MOnday, the 22nd <br /> <br />day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and Woodburn, and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Woodburn introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLtl'l'ION NO. 78-25b <br />RESOLll'I'ION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPABA'l'ION 01' REPOR'l' ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-S'l'-78-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Arden Hills, for approximately 5.5 acres located <br /> <br />east of and adjacent to Snelling Avenue, approximately 2,400 <br /> <br />feet south of S.'1'.H. 96, by the construction of sanitary sewer, <br /> <br />watermain, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br /> <br />storm drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on May 22, 1978, is hereby declared to be signed <br /> <br />by 100% of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
