Minnesota. was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd <br /> <br />day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hanson, wingert, crichton and woodbum, and the <br /> <br />following were absent: NOne. <br /> <br />Councilman Woodburn introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />:RESOLt1l'ION NO. 78-25a <br />RESOLUTION DECLARIRl ADEQUACY OF' PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OP :REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Arden Hills by the construction of sanitary sewer, <br /> <br />watermain. bituminous paving. concrete curb and gutter. storm <br /> <br />drainage facilities. right-of~ay acquisition and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the council on May 22. 1978, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes. <br /> <br />Sec. 429.035.
