The Mayor and Clerk Mm1nisUator are hereby authorized <br />and direCUd to enter into a contract with Hard rl ves I nc. <br />Minneapolis, MN for $ 92,635,84 in the name of <br />the Ci~ of Arden Hills for the abOve illlprovement according <br />to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved <br />by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk Administrator. <br />2.
