<br />, <br /> <br />~ <br />. - <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minuus of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ralll8ey County, Minnuota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular -.ting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br />of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilllliim Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and WoodburnJ and the <br />following were absent: None. <br />Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 78-21 <br />RESOLU'l'ION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AN!) ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMEN'l' NO. SS-W-P-78-l <br /> <br />WBEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on April 24, 1978, the City consulting engineer has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Improvement SS-W-P-78-1 and has <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br />approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />. HILLS, MINNESO'l'A: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br /> <br />j <br />
