<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />k.. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, ..,as <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 24th <br />day of April, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Hanson, Crichton and Woodburn, and the following <br />was absent: Councilman Wingert. <br />Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 78-19 <br /> <br />RESOLU'l'ION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMEN'I' FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENTS P-ST-77-6 AND SS-W-P-ST-77-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City Council <br />on February 27, 1978 and January 30, 1978, the City consultin~ <br />engineer has p~pared plans and specifications for Improvements <br />P-ST-77-6 and SS-W-P-ST-77-7 and has p~sented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />BILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made. part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids <br />upon the making of such approved plans and specifications.
