Clerk Adm1nistrator are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with CaTpe.teT C.nt. <br />for $ 102.981.82 in the nalllB of the <br />City of Arden Hills for the above improvement according to the <br />plans and specificaUons thereof heretofore approved by the City <br />Council and on file in the offioe of the City Clerk Administ.rator. <br />2.
