Extract of Minutes of Meetinq of City Council Ci ty of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota March 6. 1978 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meetinq of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 6, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. '!'he foll~"inq members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilmen Hanson, Winqert, Crichton and Woodburn; and the fol1owinq were absent: None. After a discussion of the views and comments of the persons present at the publio feasibility hearinq of February 6, 1978, COuncilman Criohton then introduced the followinq resolution and IIIOved its adoption: Resolution No. 78-14 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. t4-77-S UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STA'l'U'l'ES, CHAP';L'ER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Counoil of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, that in aocordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a p\1l:ll1c hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. W-77-S consisting of the installation of watermain extension, right-of-way acquisition. street restoration, and necessary appurtenances generally in the area bounded by Hamline Avenue on the east, Interstate Highway 694 on the south. Interstate Hiqhway 35-W on the west, and Trunk Highways 96 and 10 on the north, as desoribed in the Notioe of Bearing at a cost then estimated at $867,700.00, and s\1l:lstantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. Having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that the scope of the improvement shall be reduced to enoompass the following area:
