<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meetinq <br />of City Council <br />Ci ty of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />March 6. 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meetinq <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 6, 1978, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />'!'he foll~"inq members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Hanson, Winqert, Crichton and Woodburn; and the <br />fol1owinq were absent: None. <br />After a discussion of the views and comments of the <br /> <br />persons present at the publio feasibility hearinq of February <br />6, 1978, COuncilman Criohton then introduced the followinq <br />resolution and IIIOved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 78-14 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. t4-77-S UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STA'l'U'l'ES, CHAP';L'ER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Counoil of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that in aocordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />p\1l:ll1c hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />W-77-S consisting of the installation of watermain extension, <br />right-of-way acquisition. street restoration, and necessary <br />appurtenances generally in the area bounded by Hamline Avenue <br />on the east, Interstate Highway 694 on the south. Interstate <br />Hiqhway 35-W on the west, and Trunk Highways 96 and 10 on the <br />north, as desoribed in the Notioe of Bearing at a cost then <br />estimated at $867,700.00, and s\1l:lstantially in accordance with <br />the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is <br />now on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />Having considered the views of all interested persons and being <br />fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine <br />and order that the scope of the improvement shall be reduced to <br />enoompass the following area: <br />
