<br />" " <br /> <br />STATE OF ~INNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EESOLUTION NO. 78-/.5 <br /> <br />A EESOLUTION AUTHOEIZING CLERK~ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EECORD CEETIFIED COpy OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF FOUR-PLEX <br /> <br />WHEEEAS, the Arden Hills City Council at its regular <br />Council meeting held on February 13, 1978 approved the issuance <br />to Barry O'Meara of a special Use Permit authorizing him to <br />construct and operate on the parcel of land legally described <br />therein a four-plex, a copy of which Special Use Permit is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in approving the issuance of said Special <br />Use Permit at said meeting, the Arden Hills City Council <br />stipulated that said Special Use permit or a certified copy <br />thereof should be recorded in the office of the Ramsey County <br />Recorder to ensure that the special conditions contained in said <br />Permit shall be adhered to not only by Barry O'Meara but also <br />any succeeding owners of the parcel of land subjected to the <br />terms and conditions of said Permit, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY EESOLVED by the City <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills that the Clerk-Administrator <br />is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of <br />this Resolution and said Special Use Permit to be recorded in <br />the office of the County Recorder in and for Rams'ey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 27th day <br />of February, 1978. <br /> <br /> <br />Jr. , <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~A//2-fm,~~. <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh, <br />Clerk-Administrator <br />
