THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. as follows: <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br />with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City consulting Engineer. <br /> <br />3. The City Consulting Engineer is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement.
