St. Paul, Minnesota, on f.ilonday, the nihday of December, <br />1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were ~resent: Crepeau, Crichton, <br /> <br />Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn <br />and the fOllowing ,qere absent: none <br /> <br />Councilman Woodburn <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77 - 8 I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATn~G TO APPORTIONf.ilENT <br />OF ASSESSr~NTS RELATING TO <br />SANITARY SENER IMPROVE~'lENT NO. 6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br />ment No. 6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was <br />filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br />December 3, 1963, for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />in 1964; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property ol'l'ners; and <br />
