<br />. <br />~ " '"'" <br /> <br />Extract of f.ilinutes of f.ileeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Rills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of lunnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />f.ilinnesota, was duly held in the City Ball at l450 West Biqhway <br />96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of December, <br />1977, at 7:30 ~'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Crepeau, Crichton, <br /> <br />Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the followinq were absent: none <br /> <br />Councilman Woodburn <br /> <br />introduced the fOllowing reso- <br /> <br />lution and I\IOved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-80 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONf.ilENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />SANITARY SEtmR IMPROVEMENT NO. 9 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Bills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br />ment No. 9 as last finally adopted on October 6, 1969, was <br />filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br />November 5, 1969 for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commenc~, ";'3 . <br />in 1970~ and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners; and <br />
