W-77-S CITY OF ARDEN SILLS, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Ball, 1450 Uest Highway 96, in said City, on the 6th day of Pebruary, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amen<1ed, on proposed Improvement No. W-77-5, generally in the area boun<1ed by Hamline Avenue on the east, Interstate Highway 694 on tile south, Interstate Highway 35-W on the west, and Trunk f!ighwny~ 96 and 10 on the north by the installation of watermain extea- sion, right-of_ay acquisition, street restoration, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoinq is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary enqineerinq report ,qhich is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The' cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $867 , 700.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be the followin9: All that property described as follows: The W. 1/2 of the W. 1/2 of ,Sec. 22: T. 30, R. 23: lying north of Interstate Highway 1-694 and the N. 1/2 of the N. 1/2 of the N.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 22, T. 30; R. 23: and the N. 1/2 of the N. l/2 of the N.E. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 of Section ,22; T. 30, R. 23. All of Sec. 21: T. 30: R. 23: lying north of Interstate Highway 1-694 and east of Interstate Highway I-35W. The S. 1/2 of the S.W. 1/4 of Sec. 15; T. 30; R. 23; the S. 1/2 of Sec. 16: T. 30; R. 23, lying east of Interstate Highway I-3SW except the N.E. 1/4 of the S.B. 1/4. All in Ramsey County, Minnesota. All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvelllent and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place stated above.
