<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HillS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-70 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of <br />Ramsey Coun ty by reso I ut i on date d Novembe r 7, 1977, <br />Classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying <br />within the limits of the City of Arden Hi lis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification <br />resolution together with a list of the land classified <br />has been submitted for approval of the classification and <br />sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, <br />Section 282.01, sub.
