<br />(' <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR <br />AWl MAL CONTROL <br /> <br />WHEREAS Ordinance No. 198 Section 9(d) provides that <br />Impoundment fees are to be established by Resolution, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following <br />charges are established for Impounding, picking up and des- <br />troying animals: <br /> <br />; , <br />I. $3.00 per dog per day for board. <br />2. $10.00 per animal for pick-up. <br />3.f $6.00 per dog to have animal .estroyed. <br />4. c,. $4.00 pe," 1II'11mal to dispose of dead animals <br />dellyered to veterinary clinic. <br />5. $2.00 per cat per day for board. <br />6. Owner of claimed animals will pay 100% of <br />distemper vaccine and other medical charges. <br />7.
