<br />.. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />.f. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Hiqhway <br />96, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 31st day of October, <br />1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The followinq members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, <br /> <br />Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Councilman Woodburn <br /> <br />introduced the followinq resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 77-66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSf.'IENTS RELATING TO <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-l <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />TolHEREAS, the assessment roll for tlTater Improvement No. 68-1 <br />as last finally adopted on October 6, 1969, was filed and certi- <br />fied to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6, 1969 <br />for the purpose of includinq installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1970; and <br />rfflEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />. contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- <br />veyed by previous property owners; and <br />
