<br />CITY OF SHOREVIEW <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-162 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Shoreview City Council has reviewed the provisions <br /> <br /> <br />of a Fire Protection Agreement between the City of Shoreview, the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Arden Hills, the City of North Oaks, and the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire <br /> <br />Department, Inc., which has been dated the 3rd day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Shoreview City Council has determined that it would <br /> <br />be in the best interests of the City of Shoreview to enter into such <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor and City Manager of <br /> <br /> <br />the Clty of Shoreview are hereby authorized to execute the attached Fire <br /> <br /> <br />Protection Agreement. <br /> <br />Passed by the Shoreview City Council on <br /> <br />:~;e.i77 <br /> <br /> <br />ayor ' <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />. <br />
