MN is the lowest responsible <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ 591.333.70 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with C.W. Hoy Ie <br />of St. Pau' for $ 59' .333.70 in the name of the City <br />of Arden Hills for the above improvement according to the plans <br />and specifications thereof heretofore approved ,by the City Council <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />2. The City Clerk Mministrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br /> <br />been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Hanson <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: Crepeau, Crichton, Hanson, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />',~ <br />~'~~ <br /> <br /> <br />
