<br />... <br /> <br />..- <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting <br />of the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the l.2.:t.!! day of September, <br />1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Crepeau, CrIchton, <br />Hanson, Waodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Win ge rt <br /> <br />introduced the followinq resolution <br /> <br />Councilman Wood burn <br /> <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution No, 77-53 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RElrATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 71-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 71-1 <br /> <br />as last finally adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and <br /> <br />. certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 9, <br /> <br />1971 for the purpose of includinq installments thereof to be <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1972; and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners; and <br />. <br />
