.

,

.

.

,

.

.

MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: I'm not certain what their plans
are. Have you definitely located that driveway?

MR. ROGER HAUCK: . No, we haven't. We'll be bringing
that before the Planning Commission the first week of
October.

MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: I know the initial plans - I believe
I scaled off 450 feet.

COUNCILMAN CRICHTON: I think there's some general desire
on the part of us that it be fairly far north which would
reduce the (inaudible) of people going out (inaudible).

MR. ROGER HAUCK: In answer to Mr. Crichton's question,
and bringing it farther to the north, I think that suggestion
came from the Village Council and we're working on it. It's
very possible that we will wind it through from the north a
little closer to County Road E. I think one of the concerns
we have, as I pointed out in my letter, is keeping good
faith with the residents of Hunter's Park. Primarily it's
a real concern to us and I'm afraid that if we went two.lane
or three, more of our people would be forced to (inaUdible)
that area for exit - not entrance, but exit.

MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: One thing in mind about locating
and crowding it to the north too much is the fact that we
would like to have some area or build-up for your traffic at
the time of departure.

COUNCILMAN CRICB'l'ON: I don't kpow where the magic point
is. One other point I wanted to make sure of, again referring
to the letter from Mutual Service. Their petition did ask,
of course, or expect that the cost would be offset by Minnesota
State Aid funds, and I assume that it will be. Again, that
will be settled at the assessment hearing. But I did want to
mention that the amount of Minnesota State Aid funds that we
have for the roads that are earmarked is not enough to pay
for them, so we will not necessarily be using the full amount
even if we have that left, but from my standpoint, I am sure
some of it will be.
