J Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: August 29, 1977 . Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 29th day of August, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Crepeau, Crl chton r Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn and the following were absent: none Councilman Woodburn introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 77-47 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-77-4 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills as follows: . 1. By resolution adopted August 8, 1977, the Council has directed the City consulting engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement generally in the area bounded by Lexington Avenue on the east, Snelling Avenue on the west, County Road E on the north, and 1400 feet south of County Road E on the south, by the construction of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, necessary drainaqe, right-of-way acquisition, pedestrian underpass, and necessary appurtenances. The City COnsulting Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. 'l'he preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-77-4. 2.
