<br />&REAS, the Commissioner of Highways for the State of Minnesota has caused to be prepared:

<br />plans, spedal provisions and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 394,
<br />
<br />renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 3511', within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />
<br />Arden Hills
<br />
<br />, from l:U T.R. 694 to North COz'll. limits
<br />
<br />to
<br />
<br />; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the Office of the Department of Highways, St. Paul, Minne-
<br />sota; being marked, labeled and identified as: S.P. 6284-96-98 (35W=394)
<br />
<br />; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said special provisions are on file in the Office of the Department of Highways, St.
<br />Paul, Minnesota; being marked, labeled and identified as: S.P. 6284-96-98 (3511'=394)
<br />
<br />, and
<br />
<br />which, together with, the Minnesota Department of Highways Standard Specifications for Highway
<br />
<br />Construction, dated January 1, 1972, as amended by Minnesota Department of Highways Supple-
<br />
<br />mental Specifications ;or Highway Construction, dated April 1, 1976, will govern, and which
<br />
<br />are on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for
<br />
<br />said improvement of Trunk Highway No ....22!.' renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 3511' ; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are
<br />
<br />also on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the term, said plans and special provisions, as hereinafter used in the body of this
<br />
<br />
<br />.solution will be deemed and intended to mean, refer to and incorporate the plans and
<br />
<br />special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways desires in the interest of public safety that auy and all
<br />
<br />parking of vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />
<br />Arden Hills
<br />
<br />, on said Trunk. Highway No. 394 ,renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 3511'
<br />
<br />will be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway and will be at least 20 feet from any
<br />
<br />crosswalk.
