<br />.....~ <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway <br />96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 25th day of JIl Iv , <br />1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, <br />Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Hanson <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Woodburn <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-40 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO AP~IONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of h-den <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve- <br />ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September <br />24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including install- <br />ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes <br />. commencing in 19691 and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property ownersl and <br />
