<br />~ ' . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meetinq <br />of the City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of ~l.innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meetinq <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 west Hiqbway <br />96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ill!!... day of July , <br />1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The followinq members were present: <br />Crepeau, Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn <br />and the followinq were absent: Menson <br /> <br />Councilman Woodburn <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLurION NO. 77-38 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO AP'P6ifTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />RED FOX ROAD Ir.u>ROVEMEN'r <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Red Fox Road Improvement <br />as last finally adopted on September 28, 1970, was filed and <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6, <br />1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected alonq with real estate taxes commencing in 1971, and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners7 and <br />
