Pau I, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />. bidder at the tabulated price of $ 633,041.81 . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with C. W. Hou Ie <br /> <br />Company <br /> <br />for $ 633,041.81 <br /> <br />in the name of the City <br /> <br />of Arden Hills for the above improvement according to the plans <br />and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council <br />and on file. in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />2.
