The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement for Improvement SS-W-P-77-1 shall be published as re- <br />quired by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for <br />bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state <br />that the bids will be received by the City Clerk Administrator <br />and Consulting Engineer until 2,00 o' clock -p- m. on ,lunA 2 I , <br />1977, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall <br />by the City Clerk Administrator and City Consulting Engineer, will <br />then be tahulated, and will be considered by the Council at 8:30 <br />o'clock p.m. on June 27 ,1977 in the Council Chambers and <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified <br />check or bid bond payable to the Clerk Administrator for ten per- <br />cent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Wingert and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken taereon, the following voted in favor: Crepeau, Crichton, <br /> <br />Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />4r <br />. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />~h~ <br />
