<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, I>iinnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall 1n said City on f.londay, the 2nd day <br />of May, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />'lbe fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br />Councillllen Woodburn, Winqert, Crichton and Hanson; and the fol- <br />lowing'were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Woodburn introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLU'l'ION NO. 77-23 <br />RESOLU'l'ION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Arden Hills, generally in the area west of Valentine <br />Crest Roach east of Interstate Highway 35-W; north of County Road <br />F; and south of Interstate Highway 694 by the installation of <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage, bituminous surfacing, <br />and concrete curb and gutter, filed with the Council on April <br />29, 1977, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percen- <br />tage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />NOY4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OP ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOTA: <br />'lbat the petition be referred to the City consulting engi- <br />neer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />
