<br />.I .......- <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />t1ay 2, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnasota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 2nd day of <br /> <br />May, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, Hanson, <br />Wingert, Woodburn <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilman Wln~ert <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 77-22 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-P-77-2 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br /> <br />owners of the real property generally in the area bounded by <br /> <br />Cleveland Avenue on the west: Prior Avenue on the east: Glenpaul <br /> <br />Avenue on the south: and apprOximately 150 feet north of Jerrold <br /> <br />Avenue extended westerly on the north by the construction of <br /> <br />sanitary sewer. watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb <br /> <br />. and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br /> <br />requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed <br /> <br />against their property. and <br />
