<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HillS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-19 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District has <br />received Grant No. S804730-01-0 from the U.S. Environmental <br /> <br />Protection Agency for the Improvement of the lake Johanna <br />Watershed in Ramsey County and the long lake Chain of lakes; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, improvement of the lake Johanna Watershed <br /> <br />wi II be conducive to public health, convenience and welfare <br /> <br />in the City of Arden HI I Is. <br />NOW" THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED, that the Arden Hili s <br />City Counci I approves making a petition to the Board of <br /> <br />Managers of the Rice Creek Watershed District, pursuant to <br /> <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 112.48, to perform <br /> <br />certain work and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Arden Hi lis Ci ty Council <br /> <br />authorizes the Mayor and Clerk Administrator to execute <br /> <br />said petition detai ling the nature of the work. <br /> <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills Ci ty Council on the 11th day of <br /> <br /> <br />Ap r I I, I 977. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~!d1/f)~-/L> <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />
