<br />4-- <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the city Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day of <br />March, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor crepeau and Council- <br />ment wingert, crichton, Hanson and Woodburn1 and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman crichton introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7'H.5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECIARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND O:RDER!NG PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, _ certain petitions requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, generally in the area bounded by Cleveland <br /> <br />Avenue on the west1 prior Avenue on the east1 Glenpaul Avenue <br />on the south1 and approximately 150 feet north of Jerrold Avenue <br />extended westerly on the north by the construction of sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, <br />drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the <br />Council on 1111 and 2/25 , 1977, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br />. thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BlI' THE CITY COt1NCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILlS, MINNESOTA: <br />
