SS-W-P-77-1 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 10~/o OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property in the area bounded by County Road E-2 on the <br /> <br />north, old State Trunk Highway 10 on the east, Soo line railroad <br /> <br />tracks on the south, and New Brighton Road on the west requesting <br /> <br />that the Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous <br /> <br />surfacing, concrete Curb and gutter, storm drainage and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire cost <br /> <br />. of said improvement be assessed against their property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />February 28, 1977, a report has been prepared by the City consulting <br /> <br />engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was <br /> <br />received by the Council on <br /> <br />March 28 <br /> <br />, 1977. <br />
